What youll do:

  • Quantify total addressable market (TAM), serviceable available market (SAM), serviceable obtainable market (SOM), and wallet share across multiple service areas using robust analytical models.
  • Build and maintain detailed market sizing models for key industries and geographies within the assigned territory to support strategic planning.
  • Benchmark organisational presence against competitors to identify gaps, risks, and new growth opportunities for business expansion.
  • Translate complex market potential data into clear strategic recommendations for territory penetration and account planning initiatives.
  • Gather customer insights through surveys, interviews, winloss reviews, and feedback loops to uncover buying behaviours, decision drivers, unmet needs, and value gaps.
  • Collaborate closely with marketing leadership to convert customer insights into commercial teaching moments that enhance sales conversations and customer education.
  • Partner with sales teams to embed actionable insights into presentations, proposals, and educational content tailored for clients.
  • Research and forecast marketing trends, industry shifts, and competitor strategies while developing industry profiles to inform leadership decisions.
