Maritime Sales Support Executive

• Global maritime service group and leading ship supplier serving merchant marine, offshore, and defense industries.
• West location - Tuas (5-mins walk from Gul Circle MRT)
• 5.5 days | Alternate 5 days upon confirmation
• $2,800 - $3,800 + AWS
• Training Provided

Responsibilities

• Responsible for handling RFQs within the time allocated including receiving, creating and distributing the quote to the client
• Download customer inquiry and orders from various internet-based customer portals & e-platforms (i.e. Ship-Serv, Sis Commerce, BaseNet, MarineLink, B2B, etc)
• Accurately update relevant information and line items in the company ERP system (D365 & SCINT)

Requirements:

• Excellent MS Office skills (Excel)
• Able to work under constant deadline pressure
