Develop and execute sales strategies for IT, OT, and cybersecurity solutions targeting shipping companies, ship managers, ports, and offshore operators.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the maritime and shipping ecosystem, including fleet owners, technical managers, and maritime service providers.
Manage the full sales cycle-from lead generation, solution positioning, proposal development, to contract negotiation and closure.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders such as CIOs, IT Managers, Fleet Managers, and Marine Superintendents.
Collaborate with technical, pre-sales, and delivery teams to design solutions aligned with IMO, IACS, and maritime cyber regulations.
Drive adoption of cybersecurity solutions covering network security, endpoint protection, OT security, cloud security, and compliance.
Track sales pipeline, forecasts, and performance metrics to ensure revenue targets are met or exceeded.
Monitor market trends, competitor offerings, and regulatory changes impacting maritime IT and cybersecurity.
Represent the company at maritime events, conferences, and industry forums to strengthen brand presence and generate leads.
Prepare sales reports, proposals, and presentations for senior management and key clients.
Requirements
Minimum 5-8 years of B2B sales experience in IT, cybersecurity, or technology solutions, with exposure to the maritime industry.
Strong understanding of maritime IT infrastructure, vessel networks, OT systems, and cybersecurity risks.
Proven track record in solution selling and closing high-value enterprise or fleet-wide contracts.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills, including C-suite engagement.
Willingness to travel regionally as required to support customer engagements and industry events.
