Draft, review, and manage legal contracts (e.g., Purchase & Sales Agreements, Storage Agreements, Tenders).
Coordinate negotiations with third parties to resolve contract discrepancies.
Negotiate and manage Brokerage Agreements, Clearing Broker Agreements, and broker commissions.
Evaluate and improve processes, rules, and protocols for contract administration and execution.
Communicate effectively and collaborate proactively within the team.
