Monitoring and reviewing onboard marine operations, including:
- Reviewing cargo operation plans and providing guidance.
- Reviewing tank cleaning plans and providing guidance.
- Conducting Risk Assessments (RA) for various onboard operations.
- Performing internal audits and attending vessels for various operational purposes.
- Reviewing operational handling guidelines.

6. Navigational Safety Management
- Reviewing passage plans and navigational practices, and providing feedback.
- Incident / Near-miss Investigation & Follow-up
- Conducting investigations, performing root cause analysis (RCA), and monitoring corrective actions.
- Vetting / PSC / External Inspection Support
- Preparing vessels for vetting, PSC, and other external inspections and providing technical guidance.
- Crew Competency & Training
- Assessing crew competency and conducting briefings/training on cargo, safety, and emergency procedures.
- SMS Compliance & Improvement
- Ensuring compliance with the Safety Management System and proposing improvements when required.
- Emergency Response Drill Support
- Supporting and evaluating emergency drills and providing recommendations for improvement.
- Performance Monitoring
- Monitoring vessel performance (fuel efficiency, navigation, cargo operations) and recommending improvement measures.
- Environmental Compliance
- Ensuring MARPOL and other environmental regulations are strictly followed.
- Maintenance & Reliability Review
- Reviewing the condition of critical equipment and verifying PMS compliance.
Experiences required:
Chemical tanker onboard as a Captain ( More than 3years) & Chief mate ( More than 3years).
Vessel size : Panamax and above.
Education : Marine related-academy Certificate of Competency Class 1 Master Mariner
