Marine Ship Carpenter

Overview:

We are hiring an experienced Marine Ship Carpenter to handle carpentry repairs and newbuild works for small crafts and yachts. This role involves precision woodwork and occasional support on fiberglass and aluminium repairs.

Key Responsibilities:

. Execute carpentry work for repairs and new builds, with a focus on wooden vessels.

. Support fiberglass repair tasks where required.

. Read blueprints and technical drawings for precise measurements and execution.

. Collaborate with colleagues in hull, piping, and engine repairs.

. Uphold quality craftsmanship and shipyard safety standards.

Requirements:

. Proven carpentry experience in marine or shipyard environments.

. Expertise in wood repairs and familiarity with fiberglass and other boat materials.

. Proficiency in carpentry tools and equipment.

. Strong attention to detail and team-oriented mindset.

. Ability to meet repair deadlines, including urgent cases.
