Key Responsibilities
- Perform equipment production, installation, servicing, and commissioning activities.
- Conduct inspection and receipt verification of customer-supplied products.
- Ensure all work meets acceptance criteria based on technical manuals and customer specifications.
- Prepare and provide interconnection cabling diagrams for equipment delivered to customers.
- Carry out commissioning of equipment after installation and ensure proper functionality.
- Identify, document, and report product or service quality issues when encountered. Communicate and escalate any additional customer requirements to the Supervisor. Perform other technical or service-related duties as assigned by the Supervisor.
Knowledge & Skills Requirements
- Ability to read and understand technical manuals and work-related documentation in English.
- Strong critical thinking and troubleshooting abilities.
- Good communication skills, both written and spoken English.
- Basic knowledge of computers, electronics, and telecommunication systems.
- Experience or knowledge in marine electronics and the offshore industry is an advantage.
Education & Experience
- Minimally NTC/ITC in Electronics Engineering or equivalent qualification with at least 5 years of relevant work experience, or
- Diploma in Electronics Engineering with at least 5 years of related experience.
