Marine Sales Engineer

We are partnering with a renowned global marine engineering company to hire a Sales Engineer specializing in 4-stroke marine engines.

This role will focus on supporting shipowners, shipyards, and marine customers across sales, technical support, and business development activities related to marine propulsion and auxiliary engine solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with shipowners, operators, shipyards, and marine stakeholders
• Support sales activities for 4-stroke marine engines, spare parts, and related technical solutions
• Prepare quotations, proposals, and technical/commercial documentation
• Coordinate with internal teams and principals on customer requirements, delivery schedules, and technical support
• Conduct customer visits, presentations, and follow-ups to drive business opportunities
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements within the marine industry
• Support troubleshooting discussions and aftersales coordination where required

Requirements

• Minimum 3-5 years of experience within the marine industry
• Prior exposure to 4-stroke marine engines is strongly preferred
• Experience in marine technical sales, service engineering, or engine-related support will be advantageous
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Self-driven, commercially minded, and able to work independently
• Diploma or Degree in Marine Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related discipline
