Ready to make a difference across a global offshore fleet
We're looking for a Marine QHSE Supervisor to join our Marine QHSE team on a full-time basis at our Singapore office. Candidates must have the legal right to work in Singapore.
This is an opportunity to play a key role in the safe and successful delivery of offshore projects around the world. Working closely with vessel management, operations teams, offshore personnel and clients, you will support projects from tender phase through mobilisation and operational execution.
As part of a global team, you'll help ensure vessels and projects are prepared, compliant and ready to perform. From project readiness workshops and vessel mobilisations to audits, investigations and client engagement, you'll be involved in a wide variety of activities that directly support operational success.
This role offers significant exposure to global marine operations and provides an excellent platform for professional growth. Acting as deputy to the Regional QHSE Manager when required, you'll gain valuable experience supporting regional operations, project mobilisation, investigations and client-facing activities. Based on experience and business needs, opportunities for offshore travel may also arise.
What You'll Be Doing
- Supporting project mobilisation and readiness activities across a global fleet.
- Facilitating project risk assessments, readiness reviews and mobilisation meetings.
- Developing and maintaining project-specific QHSE documentation and operational requirements.
- Leading or supporting incident investigations and follow-up actions.
- Participating in vessel audits, inspections and assurance activities.
- Monitoring QHSE performance, training compliance and improvement actions.
- Supporting client meetings, project reviews and stakeholder engagement activities.
- Managing lessons learned, Safety Alerts and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Supporting emergency preparedness exercises and response activities.
- Working closely with offshore crews and onshore teams to identify risks, solve problems and improve performance.
Technically speaking...
We're looking for someone who combines strong organisational skills with an understanding of operational environments and a passion for continuous improvement.
You May Have
- Experience within marine, offshore, energy, manufacturing or other high-risk industries.
- Experience supporting projects, operations, mobilisation activities or QHSE programmes.
- Knowledge of risk management, incident investigation and management systems.
- Experience coordinating multiple stakeholders and competing priorities.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to build effective working relationships.
- Confidence using digital systems and data to support decision making and drive improvements.
- Offshore or vessel experience would be advantageous.
- Exposure to ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 management systems would be beneficial.
- Experience using Artificial Intelligence (AI), Business Intelligence (BI) tools or data analytics to support decision making and process improvement would be advantageous.
In personal terms...
You're proactive, self-motivated and comfortable working independently.
You enjoy taking ownership, solving problems and working closely with operational teams to achieve results. You're organised, adaptable and able to manage multiple priorities simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
You build trust quickly, communicate effectively with people at all levels and aren't afraid to challenge existing ways of working when you see opportunities to improve them.
Most importantly, you're someone who enjoys being part of a team that supports operations, protects people and continuously raises standards across a global organisation.
