Our client, a reputable company in the maritime industry, is looking to hire a Marine HSEQ Manager to support their marine operations and compliance functions in Singapore.

ORGANIZATION

This role is responsible for supporting the company's marine safety, compliance, quality assurance, and operational documentation functions while ensuring vessels operate in line with regulatory and company standards.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Monitor and review maritime regulatory updates and compliance requirements
• Support safety, quality, and compliance-related reporting and documentation
• Maintain operational records, manuals, and management systems
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual reports for management
• Coordinate vessel-related documentation for takeovers, inspections, and regulatory submissions
• Support emergency preparedness activities, drills, and safety campaigns
• Liaise with vessels and internal stakeholders to ensure timely closure of operational matters

YOUR PROFILE

• Sailing background as Master Mariner, Chief Officer, Chief Engineer, or 2nd Engineer preferred
• Prior 2-3 years shore-based experience within marine operations, compliance, HSEQ, or quality functions
• Good understanding of maritime safety, quality, and compliance systems
• Experience with audits, inspections, reporting, and documentation management
• Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple stakeholders
