Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and arrange collection and delivery of ship spares to and from vessels.
- Liaise with customers to understand and support their shipping and logistics requirements.
- Coordinate ground logistics arrangements with third-party service providers.
- Maintain accurate daily records of cargo releases and receipts, and distribute reports accordingly.
- Conduct physical checks on received cargo, including marking and labelling.
- Arrange vessel clearance and support port-call operations with relevant agencies.
- Coordinate with authorities on marine and crew-related applications.
- Work independently with minimal supervision while ensuring tasks are completed on time.
Requirements:
- Willing to work both on-site and in an office environment.
- Prior experience in a marine services or shipping environment is an advantage.
- Strong multitasking ability and a good team player.
- Able to communicate effectively with customers globally.
