Job Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Marine Engineer to join our dynamic team.
The successful candidate will be responsible for the servicing, maintenance, and commissioning of the Ballast Water Treatment System, ensuring the highest standards of operational efficiency and safety in offshore environments.
Key Responsibilities
- On-site Commissioning: Conduct rigorous on-site commissioning to ensure all systems comply with international operational standards and safety requirements.
- Technical Consultation: Provide high-level technical guidance and support to ship crews and operators to optimize system performance and efficiency.
- Global Technical Support: Deliver international technical support to customers, collaborating closely with global specialists and service coordinators to resolve complex technical issues.
- 24/7 Operational Readiness: Participate in a global 24/7 service support pool, ensuring immediate and effective responses to urgent customer requests.
- Operational Collaboration: Assist with local field operations, provide on-site technical assistance, and support essential logistics, including order packing and delivery coordination.
Requirements/Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of proven experience in marine engineering, ship maintenance, or relevant technical fields.
- Problem-Solving: Proven ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues in offshore environments.
- Adaptability: Highly flexible and responsive to changing technical requirements and global service demands.
- Global Collaboration: Skilled in working effectively within diverse, international marine service teams.
- Mobility: Willing and able to travel internationally for training and on-site service assignments.
- Proficiency in Korean is an advantage to ensure smooth and direct communication with the Korea headquarters.
