Sales & Marketing Assistant
Job Summary
You will support the Senior Sales Supervisor and Business Development Manager in daily commercial activities to help meet the company's sales and growth targets in the maritime industry.
Responsibilities
- Assist in achieving annual sales and growth targets by supporting sales strategies and activities
- Prepare clear and accurate proposals, quotations, and sales documentation to facilitate client decisions
- Support client outreach by maintaining positive relationships and responding to client needs to foster ongoing business
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely and smooth execution of sales and marketing initiatives
- Maintain and update customer databases, sales records, and reports to provide accurate information for decision-making
