Our client is a leading Singapore based Marine Engineering & manufacturing company with a strong international footprint, an organization known for their technical expertise, and long standing global partnerships.

Role Summary:

The Marine Drafter is responsible for preparing and delivering accurate production and construction drawings to support vessel design and project schedules. This includes providing design expertise for engineering systems, structural components, piping, and ship outfitting. The position works closely with project engineers and PICs to produce construction, and as-built drawings, ensuring compliance with regulations and timely updates for priority deliverables.

Key Responsibilities :

• Prepare production drawings and deliverables to support project
• Provide design expertise for engineering systems, outfitting and structural design.
• Produce detailed schematic drawings and outfitting construction drawings for the vessel.
• Provide as-built drawings for vessel deliveries.
• Work closely with design project PIC's on urgent /priority drawings to update

Requirements:

• Diploma in Naval Architecture/Mechanical Engineering or equivalent
• Minimum of 2 years of experience
• Prior experience in ship's piping systems and design of mechanical components will be preferred
