Job Responsibilities

• Conduct bunker quantity and quality surveys onboard vessels and bunker tankers independently

• Prepare and issue accurate Bunker Quantity Survey (BQS) reports

• Identify, report, and advise on any bunker quantity or quality discrepancies, including non-compliance issues, with appropriate recommendations

• Ensure all bunker surveys are performed in compliance with MPA regulations and in accordance with the latest applicable standards

• Coordinate and liaise with shipping agents, bunker suppliers, and clients to facilitate smooth on-arrival survey operations

Job Requirements

• Minimum Diploma qualification in a marine-related discipline

• Possession of a valid bunker surveyor license issued by the Maritime and Port Authority of Singapore (MPA)

• Prior relevant experience in bunker surveying will be an added advantage

• Proficient in English and the candidate's mother tongue
