MARCOMMS EXECUTIVE (1 YEAR CONTRACT)

As the Marcomms Executive of Civil Service Club (CSC), you will be responsible for managing and growing the Club's digital, social media and broadcasting platforms. This includes developing and executing engaging content and campaigns, managing email marketing, and collaborating with internal teams to promote the Club. You will also be responsible for tracking and optimising the performance of CSC's digital, social media and broadcasting platforms. You will work closely with clubhouse teams to market their facilities and offerings. In this role, you will report directly to the Marcomms Manager.
Responsibilities:
Manage and grow CSC's digital channels including the website, email marketing and social media and broadcasting platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Tik Tok, Telegram, WhatsApp Channel
Develop and execute social media content calendars aligned with CSC's marketing priorities, seasonal activities, promotions and business needs, in collaboration with internal teams and vendors
Plan, create, and publish engaging digital and social content, including videos, reels, stories, graphics, photography and written content, while maintaining a consistent CSC brand voice and visual identity
Monitor social media trends, audience behaviour and member sentiment to identify relevant content opportunities, emerging trends and areas for improvement
Foster online community engagement by monitoring and responding to comments, messages, enquiries and feedback across CSC's social media and broadcasting platforms in a timely and professional manner
Plan and execute email marketing campaigns, including managing mailing lists, scheduling and monitoring campaign performance
Track, analyse and report on the performance of CSC's digital, social media and broadcasting channels, and recommend improvements to increase reach, engagement, traffic and conversions
Work closely with clubhouse teams to market their facilities and offerings
Perform any other duties as assigned
Requirements:
Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Marketing, or related fields
Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in digital marketing, social media management or marketing communications
Demonstrated experience in managing and growing social media and digital channels, preferably across multiple platforms
Strong copywriting, content creation and visual storytelling skills, with experience in developing digital, social media and email marketing content
Proficiency in short-form video production and editing, photography and tools such as Canva, CapCut and Mailchimp is preferred
Up-to-date with social media trends, digital content formats, platform best practices and emerging technologies. Familiarity with AI tools for content creation, research, ideation, data analysis and workflow optimisation is an advantage
Familiarity with digital analytics and website content management. Basic knowledge of SEO and UX/UI principles will be beneficial
Strong project management and organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines independently
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with internal stakeholders, agencies and vendors
