Salary Range: SGD 2,400 - SGD 4,500 per month + Shift Allowances & Overtime (Commensurate with experience)

Recruit123 is currently partnering with established manufacturing organizations to hire Manufacturing Technicians across various locations in Singapore (Tuas, Woodlands, and Changi/Loyang). This is an exciting opportunity to work in state-of-the-art cleanroom and production environments, supporting daily operations, equipment maintenance, and high-quality production runs.

What you will be doing:

In this role, you will be responsible for operating production machinery, monitoring process parameters, and ensuring all line activities run smoothly according to standard operating procedures (SOPs).

Your main day-to-day responsibilities will include loading raw materials, setting up and calibrating production equipment, and conducting routine quality checks and basic troubleshooting to minimize line downtime.

You will perform autonomous preventive maintenance on tools and fixtures, maintain accurate production batch records and logs, and adhere strictly to safety, 5S, and cleanroom guidelines.

Additionally, you will support continuous improvement projects and collaborate closely with line leaders and process engineers to achieve daily output targets.

What we are looking for:

We are seeking candidates with an NTC/NITEC, Higher NITEC, or Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics, Chemical Engineering, or a related field (open to entry-level candidates with hands-on technical training).

Prior experience operating automated or semi-automated machinery in semiconductor, pharmaceutical, medical device, or precision manufacturing environments is an advantage.

You must be comfortable working in cleanroom attire and open to rotating 8-hour or 12-hour shifts (Day/Night) based on plant requirements. A proactive attitude, strong teamwork, and a keen eye for detail and safety are essential.
