Key Responsibilities
- Handle the setup and assembly of semiconductor equipment
- Perform equipment and module alignment, including finetuning of motion systems, optical calibration, and verification of system functionality.
- Provide occasional onsite technical support, both domestically and abroad, including diagnosing and resolving equipment issues.
- Oversee the preparation, assembly, testing, and validation of component kits and system modules.
- Monitor and maintain inventory levels for components and spare parts.
Requirements
- Holds a Diploma, NITEC, or Higher NITEC in an engineering-related field, with roughly 1-3 years of relevant handson experience.
- Training would be provided for those without experience.
- Experience in environments involving AOI or Optics.
- Background in machinery involving electrical controls, sensors, motion systems, or pneumatics.
- Ability to interpret engineering drawings for mechanical and electrical setups.
- Familiarity with alignment procedures, motor tuning, automated inspection tools, or vision systems.
