About the Role

We are looking for Assembly Technician to support the setup, maintenance, and continuous improvement of our assembly production lines. You will work closely with Production and Engineering teams to improve manufacturing processes, resolve production issues, and ensure efficient operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Setting up and maintaining final assembly production lines.

• Support troubleshooting and analysis of production and quality issues.

• Assist in process improvement, testing, and validation activities.

• Monitor equipment, tooling, and fixtures, and recommend improvements when needed.

• Prepare and maintain work instructions, process documents, and technical records.

• Support Engineering and R&D teams in resolving production-related issues.

• Track Engineering Change Requests (ECR) and Technical Change Notices (TCN) to ensure timely implementation.

• Perform other duties assigned by the supervisor.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a manufacturing or production process environment.

• Nitec/Higher Nitec/Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Electronics, or a related discipline.

• Experience in the automotive or electronics manufacturing industry is preferred.

• Willingness to work rotating shifts weekends, public holidays and overtime after hours as required.
