Manufacturing Technician

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to actively participate in pharmaceutical manufacturing operations. The successful candidate will be directly involved in hands-on production activities, ensuring efficient processes, compliance with quality and safety standards, and continuous improvement across all manufacturing operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Actively participate in and support day-to-day manufacturing processes to ensure smooth and compliant operations

• Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve operational or technical issues promptly

• Perform and coordinate equipment maintenance, facility upkeep, and routine checks

• Manage inventory, including raw materials and production supplies, to support uninterrupted operations

• Plan, monitor, and coordinate production schedules to meet operational targets

• Provide hands-on training, guidance, and technical support to production staff

• Maintain accurate documentation and prepare reports in accordance with regulatory requirements

• Ensure strict compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations

• Review batch records and assist in product release activities

• Participate in the validation and qualification of processes, equipment, and systems

Qualifications

• Diploma holders or graduates from vocational institutes

• Proficient in written and spoken English

• Minimum of two (2) years of hands-on experience in pharmaceutical manufacturing preferred fresh graduates with strong practical potential are welcome

• Part-timers interested in ad-hoc work are also encouraged to apply
