JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Perform manufacturing activities including setup, calibration, rework, and quality testing of parts, sub‑assemblies, and final assemblies
Support engineers in setting up, monitoring, and improving manufacturing processes
Collect and analyse production data for process optimisation
Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve production abnormalities
Improve production yield, reduce scrap, and support quality targets
Participate in Kaizen, Small Group Activities (SGA), and 6S initiatives
Maintain a clean, safe, and disciplined cleanroom environment
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Comfortable working in a cleanroom environment
Willing to work rotating shifts
Minimum GCE O‑Level with 2 years of experience, or NITEC qualification (no experience required)
Experience in sub‑assembly, soldering, or chemical handling is an advantage
Strong safety awareness and good housekeeping mindset
