Role Summay
Operator II / Technician professionals for a leading manufacturing client in Singapore. This opportunity is suitable for fresh ITE graduates, candidates with internships, relevant certifications, or individuals with manufacturing experience looking to build their careers in a production and assembly environment.
The ideal candidate should possess basic technical troubleshooting skills, computer literacy, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a shift-based manufacturing setup.
Key Responsibilities
Production & Manufacturing Support
- Support daily manufacturing and production operations.
- Follow established production processes, procedures, and work instructions.
- Operate production equipment and tools safely and efficiently.
- Assist in assembly and manufacturing activities.
Technical Support & Troubleshooting
- Perform basic technical troubleshooting and issue resolution.
- Support software installation, updates, and basic system checks when required.
- Escalate complex technical issues to senior technicians or supervisors.
Quality & Reporting
- Perform basic mathematical calculations related to production output and yield.
- Maintain accurate production records and reports.
- Ensure compliance with operational and quality standards.
Process Compliance
- Follow safety guidelines, manufacturing procedures, and operational policies.
- Navigate production tools, systems, and documentation effectively.
- Work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining productivity.
Team Collaboration
- Work closely with supervisors and team members to achieve production targets.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives.
- Demonstrate good communication and teamwork skills.
Required Qualifications
Education
- O-Level / SPM or equivalent qualification
- Fresh ITE graduates are encouraged to apply
Experience
- 0–1 year of work experience preferred
- Internship, certification, or relevant manufacturing exposure will be considered
- Candidates with manufacturing experience are highly preferred
