Job Description:
Production:
- Assist engineers with daily operational tasks in the factory.
- Provide support for one or more manufacturing processes when required.
- Ensure products are manufactured according to schedule and meet customer quality requirements.
- Comply with company standards, safety regulations, and safe work practices.
- Train and guide new employees when required.
- Perform any other duties as assigned by supervisors.
Maintenance:
- Perform preventive maintenance, inspection, troubleshooting, and repair of mechanical and electrical systems.
- Maintain tools, equipment, and inventory in proper storage and good condition.
- Support maintenance and manufacturing activities to ensure smooth production.
Requirements:
- Minimum NITEC / Higher NITEC in Engineering or equivalent qualification.
- Positive attitude with a strong sense of urgency.
- Meticulous, organised and attentive to detail.
- Able to work independently as well as in a team environment.
- Willing to learn and adapt.
- Prior experience in the Semiconductor Wafer Fabrication industry is an advantage.
Additional Information:
- Candidates without prior experience are welcome to apply. On-the-job training will be provided.
- The role requires handling and moving parts weighing up to 15 kg.
- The role involves working with chemicals appropriate Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) will be provided.
