We're Hiring - Manufacturing Engineer (Fixed Shift, High-Tech Factory, EasternSingapore)
What You'll Do
- Lead and support a team to meet daily production goals while ensuring quality and efficiency.
- Manage manpower, resources, and daily shift handovers, escalating issues when needed.
- Ensure safety and manufacturing procedures are followed, maintaining a clean and organized workspace.
- Train, coach, and implement improvements to boost performance and minimize errors.
What We're Looking For
- Diploma/Degree in Engineering, Science, Production, or IT.
- Experience in high-tech, high-volume manufacturing plant or factory.
- Process leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Willing to work 12-hour shifts (8 to 8).
