Manufacturing Support Specialist

Responsibilities

.Responsible for managing cleanroom garments, consumables, cleaning agents and disinfectants purchase and inventory.

.Overseeing and coordinating external cleanroom garment laundry services.

.Assist in overseeing site cleaning and disinfection activities.

.Be responsible for production waste being generated during biopharmaceutical manufacturing processes, ensuring proper handling and disposal by contractor per EHS requirements.

.Conduct investigation of deviation that has been assigned by the team lead, supporting site internal/external audits and change control management.

.Perform other tasks that have been assigned by the team lead.

Requirements:

• Minimum NITEC or equivalent technical school or diploma certification in life science, biological science, microbiology, chemistry with at least 3-4 years working experience in a biopharmaceutical or equivalent industry.

• Familiar with using SAP system is a must, basic cleaning agents and disinfectants, GMP cleanroom and contamination control knowledge.
• Experience in biopharmaceutical or healthcare industry operation is preferred.
• Good teamwork ability, strong sense of responsibility, communication ability and execution.
• Demonstrate good communication and comprehension abilities.
• Able to work independently with limited supervision in a fast-paced environment.
• Possess good multi-tasking and prioritization skills.

6 months contract, subject to extension
