Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Data Engineering Analyst to design, build, and optimize data pipelines and architectures that enable analytics and data science initiatives. As one of the first members of the regional Data Analytics team, you will play a key role in establishing robust data infrastructure to support reporting, insights, and decision-making across the business.

This role requires both technical expertise and strong collaboration skills, as you will work closely with data and business stakeholders to ensure high data quality, efficient workflows, and scalable solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Data Pipeline Development: Design, implement, and maintain reliable data pipelines, ensuring accuracy and consistency across multiple sources.
• Cross-Team Collaboration: Work with business and data analysts to integrate data for reporting and analytical use cases.
• ETL Management: Build and optimize ETL processes across diverse data environments.
• Data Warehousing: Maintain and enhance data warehouse solutions, including schema design and optimization.
• Performance Monitoring: Monitor data infrastructure, troubleshoot issues, and improve performance.
• Documentation & Standards: Create and maintain documentation of processes, workflows, and best practices.
• Other Responsibilities: Take on additional duties aligned with business needs as required.

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, IT, Data Engineering, or a related discipline.
• 5+ years of professional experience in data engineering or equivalent roles.
• Strong technical proficiency in SQL and Informatica IDMC.
• Solid understanding of data warehousing concepts (e.g., STAR schema, data lineage, data quality) and analytical databases such as AWS Redshift.
• Experience with cloud data platforms (AWS, Azure, or similar).
• Excellent problem-solving abilities with strong attention to detail.
• Effective communicator with proven collaboration skills across technical and business teams.
