Job Description

About our group:

About the role - you will:

Responsible for all aspects of the production process, including equipment set-up and maintenance, production/fabrication, test, production training, and machine/tool making
Manage activities in production area(s) including setting up and operating a variety of automatic or semi-automatic machines used in the production of the company's product
Perform basic electrical tasks as part of the assembly process, contributing to the production of cutting-edge products.
Contribute to the assembly of components, ensuring precision and adherence to quality standards
Collaborate with the team to deliver products within specified timelines, maintaining focus on quality and cost efficiency
Follow instructions from supervisors meticulously to execute manual tasks, contributing to a smooth workflow
Perform process related to Labelling, Packing & Palletizing of Parts, Boxes, Pallet, etc.
Perform Handling/ Shifting of Parts/ Equipment involving the use of lifting equipment

About you:

Some experiences in the manufacturing industry an advantage
Basic knowledge of English is required
Experience in using a microscope will be helpful
Be adaptable and willing to take on other ad-hoc duties as assigned
Able to carry work items up to 3kg
Standing hours: 2 to 4 hours
Willing to work 12-hrs shift
Prepared to work on Weekends and Public Holidays

Shift Pattern: Work 3 days, Rest 2 days or Work 2 days, Rest 3 days (3-2-2-3 Work Pattern)
Day Shift : 7.30am - 7.45pm
Night Shift : 7.30pm - 7.45am
Meal & Rest Break: 45 mins & 30 mins
