In Summary

• Monthly Salary of SGD3,800 to SGD4,000.

• Working hours Monday to Thursday, 8.00pm - 8.00am. May be scheduled for day shift (8.00am - 8.00pm) when operationally requested.

• We are currently located at AMK Tech Place II in the Serangoon North/Ang Mo Kio area, which is easily accessible by public transport. The plant is expected to relocate to Boon Lay by the end of this year or early next year.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and execute endtoend production activities, including bulk making (mixing) as well as filling and packaging.

• Operate and support production equipment, including but not limited to:

  • RO/DI Water System Unit

  • Liquid and Paste Mixers and auxiliary equipment

  • Electric Steam Boiler

  • Filling and packaging lines

  • Chiller and compressor systems

• Carry out the Production Plan as scheduled, ensuring timely and efficient production output.

• Ensure all production activities comply with cGMP, EHS (Environmental, Health and Safety) and other regulatory requirements.

• Ensure all operating parameters, batch records, and production documentation are properly recorded and maintained.

• Perform basic machine maintenance activities such as lubrication and simple replacement of wornout parts (excluding intricate repairs).

• Support and coordinate with qualified contractors during maintenance activities, ensuring work is carried out safely and aligned with job objectives.

• Contribute to plant improvement initiatives, including OEE (Overall Equipment Efficiency), process improvement, equipment upgrades, and cost reduction initiatives.

• Work closely with colleagues and crossfunctional teams to resolve productionrelated issues using effective Root Cause Analysis (RCA) methods.

• Lead, guide, and train Manufacturing Technicians or Operators in handling production equipment and production processes within the assigned scope.

Requirements

• Preferably with at least 5 years of experience in production of liquid, paste or spray related products

• Preferably with at least 2 years of experience as Team Leader/Line Supervision

• Preferably possess a Diploma in a related field

• Experience in writing SOPs/Work Instructions with good working knowledge of cGMP

• Proactive and able to work with minimum supervision

• Effective Development, Implementation and Leadership skills

• Able to perform Basic Equipment Troubleshooting and Maintenance
