Responsibilities:
. Coordinate new product and project introductions from initial quotation through to production handover.
. Manage supplier engagement activities, including quotation review, order requisitions, and technical evaluations when necessary.
. Liaise with customers and internal departments to ensure smooth execution of project deliverables and order fulfilment.
. Oversee project transitions from development to production, ensuring documentation and processes are established for recurring orders.
. Monitor supplier performance to achieve delivery, cost, and quality objectives.
. Coordinate product certification and compliance processes with relevant stakeholders.
. Maintain awareness of supplier capabilities and manufacturing resources to support sourcing decisions.
. Ensure adherence to quality assurance standards and regulatory requirements.

Requirements:
. Diploma/Degree in Mechanical, Mechatronics or Electronics Engineering
. 1 to 2 years of relevant experience in a manufacturing or engineering environment experience in contract manufacturing is advantageous
. Ability to interpret and analyse technical drawings and specifications
. Familiarity with ERP systems (e.g. SAP) is beneficial
. Strong communication, analytical, and project coordination skills
. Proactive problem-solver with the ability to work independently and collaboratively
