Oversee and coordinate fabrication and installation operations, managing project schedules and resources to ensure timely delivery of aluminum and glass products while maintaining quality and safety standards.
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations of fabrication and installation teams to ensure efficient workflow and project delivery
- Plan and manage project schedules from order confirmation through to completion, ensuring milestones are met
- Allocate manpower and resources effectively across multiple projects to optimize productivity
- Monitor project progress and implement corrective actions to address delays or issues
- Supervise fabrication processes for aluminum and glass products, ensuring adherence to drawings and specifications
- Coordinate with procurement teams to secure timely availability of materials for projects
- Support and implement process improvements to enhance productivity and minimize material wastage
- Supervise installation teams and coordinate site activities to ensure smooth execution
- Liaise with main contractors, site supervisors, and clients to resolve site coordination and technical issues
- Ensure all works comply with project specifications and timelines for quality delivery
- Attend coordination meetings and provide operational updates to relevant stakeholders
- Facilitate clear communication between departments to support project success
- Ensure compliance with company quality standards and safety requirements across factory and site operations
- Conduct basic inspections and support quality control processes to maintain standards
- Promote and enforce safe work practices within factory and site environments
- Maintain operational records, schedules, and prepare reports for stakeholders
