Key Responsibilities / 主要职责:
- Lead, supervise, and manage a team of factory staff to ensure smooth daily operations
领导、监督并管理工厂员工团队,确保日常运营顺畅 - Plan, organize, and execute production schedules to meet sales and delivery requirements
规划、组织并执行生产计划,以满足销售及交付需求 - Monitor production performance and ensure efficiency, quality, and output targets are achieved
监控生产表现,确保效率、质量及产量目标达成 - Drive continuous improvement initiatives across Production and Quality Assurance (QA) processes
推动生产及质量保证(QA)流程的持续改进 - Ensure full compliance with Quality Management Systems (QMS) and Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) standards
确保全面符合质量管理体系(QMS)及良好生产规范(GMP)要求 - Oversee and enforce workplace safety practices in accordance with local regulatory requirements
根据当地法规要求,监督并落实工作场所安全措施 - Coordinate with relevant departments to resolve operational issues and improve workflow
与相关部门协调,解决运营问题并优化工作流程 - Perform any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the immediate superior

Requirements / 任职要求:
- Degree in Chemistry, Biochemistry, Industrial or Manufacturing Management, or other relevant disciplines
化学、生物化学、工业管理、生产管理或相关专业本科及以上学历 - Minimum 1 year of managerial experience in a manufacturing environment
至少具备1年制造业管理经验 - Hands-on individual with the ability to lead, motivate, and effectively manage a team of factory workers
具备实干精神,能够领导、激励并有效管理工厂员工团队 - Good communication and interpersonal skills
具备良好的沟通能力及人际交往能力 - Strong leadership, proactive attitude, and a team player
具备良好的领导能力,积极主动,富有团队合作精神
