Purpose: Responsible for driving end-to-end digital / programmable, automation (logic & coding driven), and process optimization initiatives within the System Integration Department to enhance operational efficiency, accuracy, and workflow performance. The role focuses on transforming manual processes into intelligent digital / programmable system (software & logic based), building real-time visibility platforms, and standardizing processes to support productivity, quality, and equipment/tooling management across SID operations
Key Area of Responsibilities:
- Analyze end-to-end manufacturing and testing processes to identify optimization opportunities in efficiency, quality, cost, and cycle time.
- Design, develop, and deploy digital manufacturing solutions, including workflow automation, data collection platforms, and KPI dashboards. with strong emphasis on programming, coding, and system logic.
- Lead process optimization initiatives such as Lean, Six Sigma, FPY improvement, bottleneck reduction, and capacity optimization.
- Develop and maintain internal manufacturing systems and applications (e.g., support request platforms, tooling management, certification systems).
- Integrate manufacturing data with MES, SharePoint, Power Apps, Power Automate, and other enterprise systems.
- Standardize manufacturing and testing processes through SOPs, WI, templates, and digital forms. with strong emphasis on programming, coding, and system logic.
- Monitor production performance and quality trends using SPC, dashboards, and analytics tools.
- Support NPI and engineering change implementation by optimizing workflows and readiness.
- Collaborate with ME, PE, Test, Automation, IT, and Quality teams to implement cross-functional improvements.
- Provide technical support and root cause analysis for recurring production and test issues.
- Train engineers, technicians, and operators on new systems, tools, and optimized processes.
- Ensure digital and process solutions comply with safety, quality, and internal governance requirements. with strong emphasis on programming, coding, and system logic.
Qualification & Experiences:
- Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Automation, Computer Science or related discipline.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in manufacturing engineering, process optimization, or digital manufacturing with strong emphasis on programming, coding, and system logic.
- Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes, testing operations, and system integration environments.
- Hands-on experience with Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or continuous improvement methodologies.
- Proficiency in digital tools such as Microsoft Power Apps, Power Automate, SharePoint, Excel, Power BI, and MES systems. with strong emphasis on programming, coding, and system logic.
- Experience in data analysis, SPC, KPI tracking, and performance monitoring.
- Ability to design and maintain internal applications or low-code solutions for manufacturing operations.
- Strong problem-solving, analytical, and root cause analysis skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience in semiconductor equipment or high-precision manufacturing is an advantage.
