Job Description & Requirements
1. Possess a food officer hygiene certificate
2. Has preferably gone through a MUIS held Halal Certification class
3. Has minimum a Bachelors Degree.
4. Experience in the culinary arts industry
5. Excellent knife skills.
6. You will need to be very good in negotiation as you will be incharge of dealing with current and new suppliers and get a favourable quote on supplies.
7. Identify logistic issues and rectify them where necessary
8. Hire, train new recruitments where necessary
9. 100% fluent in English
10. Is able to apply work passes if needed
11. contract preparation with our current suppliers and new employees when needed.
12. Preparation of daily account works and some knowledge in accounting is highly preferred.
13. is able to work overtime.
14. Working on Public Holidays and Weekends is necessary.
15. Is able to process anywhere between 200-500kgs of Raw Chicken in a day along with other vegetable based products.
16. Is able to prepare a complete Risk Management Assessment report.
17. Has knife skills and is able to process raw meat as and when needed.
18. Posseses the knowledge of handling and storage of raw meat frozen or thawed and other vegetable based items.
19. Has a valid driving license or can convert the existing license to a Singapore license.
20. Is able to generate new leads for new customers and convert them into existing clients.
21. Is able to create and maintain a complex and detailed inventory counting system.
22. Is able to negotiate with overseas suppliers for machines when and if needed to place the orders and oversee the delivery and the order process.
