Responsibilities:
- Manage full-cycle NPI activities at the plant.
- Work with HQ, suppliers, and customers for successful product and packaging introductions.
- Prepare and update BOM for assembly processes.
- Maintain records in SFC and SAP systems.
- Support Server & Rack assembly processes.
- Assist in packaging design for large assemblies.
- Drive Kaizen and continuous improvement projects.
- Provide production ramp-up support.
- Take part in ISO audits.
Requirements:
- Diploma/Degree in Engineering.
- 3+ years experience in manufacturing, NPI, or process engineering.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Independent, self-driven, and detail-oriented.
- Strong organizational and project management skills.
