Job Description

  • Set, maintain and meet Manufacturing Goal & Objective and KPI
  • Oversee day-to-day manufacturing operations, supervise team to ensure that production quantity and quality targets are met
  • Monitor capacity vs Demand, plan manpower and equipment resources.
  • Ensure production practices comply to 6S practice, company process, ISO and internal standard requirement
  • Oversee troubleshooting of product, quality and equipment, anticipate potential operational issues and derive appropriate corrective actions
  • Liaise closely with Manufacturing Engineer, Quality, Warehouse, Materials and other supporting department to make sure no down time on the line
  • Be part of the production start-up team to implement production line and work-station set-up for assembly and sub assembly work - Support new product launches
  • Partnering with departmental managers to create and maintain production planning schedule
  • Implement Lean manufacturing practices
  • Participate and prepare for customer audit
  • To give timely and accurate feedback to Manager on daily and weekly update
  • Ensures consistent on-time delivery and zero quality issue to customers
  • Chair daily/ weekly/ monthly meetings with team members
