Responsibilities:
Machinery & Equipment Maintenance
- Execute routine preventive maintenance on production machinery and processing equipment to ensure operational reliability.
- Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair mechanical failures on equipment including mixers, conveyors, packaging lines, ovens, chillers, and pumps.
Facilities and General Maintenance
- Perform repairs and upkeep of building facilities, utilities, fixtures, and fittings (e.g., plumbing, lighting, shelving, and doors).
- Assist in the installation, setup, and relocation of factory equipment and utility systems.
Safety, Compliance & Housekeeping
- Strictly adhere to all safety protocols, including lock-out/tag-out procedures and equipment isolation practices.
- Ensure all maintenance work and work areas comply with food safety standards (ISO, FSSC) and internal hygiene requirements.
Requirements:
- Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, or related engineering field
- 2-5 years of hands-on maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment food production preferred.
- Knowledge of ISO/FSSC food safety standards is a plus.
