Role Summary

You will be responsible to analysis of production lines to identify improvement, fostering cross-departmental collaboration for project implementation, and utilizing data analysis for management reporting. It involves optimizing automated production systems for efficiency, supervising personnel and machinery, and ensuring production targets are met.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct in-depth analysis of production lines and promote cross-departmental cooperation to propose and implement improvement projects.
• Utilize data analysis for effective management reporting.
• Optimize and maintain automated production systems to enhance efficiency.
• Supervise personnel and machinery while driving the achievement of production targets.

Education Qualification & Essential Experiences

• Bachelor's or higher degree in engineering related fields
• 1 - 3 years in manufacturing experience in semiconductor related field
• Candidates with no experience welcome to apply
