Manufacturing Engineering

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• • Manage and Setup Product BOM for box build based Products.

• • Liaise closely with NPI Program Managers, Engineering and Contract Manufacturers on BOM setups.

• • Ensure vendors/subcontractors are manufacturing products according to product specifications.

• • Perform BOM validation and work with respective business team to resolve BOM issues.

• • Ensure that all manufacturing product specifications and procedures are in place for box build Assembly.

• • Drive improvements and work closely with Contract Manufacturers for issue resolution and opportunities for improvement.

• • Manage packaging and labelling design for mass production.

• • Setup test and validation process at Contract Manufacturers.

• • Perform Failure analysis for any quality issues.

• • Manage change process control of products throughout the lifecycle.

• • First article inspection documentation readiness.

PREFERRED EXPERIENCE:

• • Experience in Engineering Change Orders management.

• • Strong experience in Product Lifecycle Management of ECO/ECR process for Product BOM release.

• • Demonstrated knowledge in PCBA process and leadership skills to drive BOM changes and influence with cross functional team to implement the changes in time.

• • Strong knowledge in PCBA BOM structure and revision changes control.

• • Knowledge in ERP Systems.

• • Strong 8D Problem Solving skills.

• • Ability to manage multiple projects BOM and product specifications release.

ACADEMIC CREDENTIALS:

• • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Electrical/Electronics) or equivalent with minimum 2 years working experience in PCBA Industry.
