The Role

  • Collaborating with Design, Operations, Supply Chain, and Quality to optimize production efficiency, yield, and cost.
  • Estimating manufacturing costs, recommending tooling, and defining process requirements for new or existing product lines.
  • Building and mentoring a high-performing engineering team, establishing governance, and fostering continuous improvement.
  • Driving cross-functional alignment and stakeholder engagement to achieve business and operational objectives.

The Talent

  • Demonstrated experience leading, coaching, and growing engineering teams, with an emphasis on sustainable performance and development.
  • Strong technical foundation in manufacturing processes, NPI execution, and process optimization, with hands-on problem-solving capabilities.
  • Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to take ownership of projects from concept to production.
  • Excellent collaboration and communication skills, capable of influencing and aligning stakeholders across functions.
  • Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, high-standards environment, balancing technical rigor with operational priorities.
