Manufacturing Engineer (Support)

Job Info:

• Basic salary up to $4,000 + AWS + Variable Bonus

• Monday to Friday, office hours

• Location: Woodlands (company transport provided from Admiralty MRT)

• Cleanroom environment - safe, structured, and professional workplace

• Urgent hiring: Immediate starters or candidates with short notice preferred

Job Scope:

• Support Manufacturing Engineers in operation prep using PLM and SAP

• Develop and document manufacturing procedures, build sequences, and quality documentation

• Validate draft procedures on-site and update revisions with production teams

• Create and maintain OMS Pro documentation (assembly processes, electrical installations, cable routing)

• Develop and update Test Work Instructions in coordination with Test Engineers

• Assist in jig/fixture design (2D/3D CAD), support cross-functional teams, and drive process improvements

Job Requirements:

• Diploma/Degree in Mechanical/Mechatronics/Electrical/Control Engineering manufacturing experience preferred.

• Proficient in AutoCAD, 2D & 3D modeling (e.g., PTC Creo), SAP PLM/ERP, and advanced Excel (VLOOKUP/scripting).

• Ability to interpret 2D/3D designs, GD&T, electrical/pneumatic schematics, and draft procedures/checklists.

• Knowledge of Lean, FMEA, 8D cleanroom protocol adherence is a plus.
