Job Summary:
The Manufacturing Engineer will be responsible for supporting production operations, process optimization, and yield improvement in a high-tech semiconductor manufacturing environment. This role requires close collaboration with production, equipment, and process teams to ensure smooth and efficient night-shift operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor and support night-shift manufacturing activities to ensure production targets are achieved.
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for process and equipment issues.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement in yield, cycle time, and quality.
- Maintain accurate documentation of production issues, downtime, and process deviations.
- Support process qualification, equipment calibration, and improvement projects.
- Ensure all night-shift operations comply with safety, quality, and cleanroom standards.
- Train and guide night-shift technicians and operators to enhance technical capability.
Requirements:
- Degree / Diploma in Electrical, Mechanical, Mechatronics, or Industrial Engineering (or equivalent).
- 2-5 years of experience in a semiconductor or high-tech manufacturing environment preferred.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills.
- Hands-on experience in process optimization and equipment monitoring.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently during night shift.
- Able to commit to permanent night shift (8:00 PM - 8:00 AM).
