Manufacturing Engineer (Precision Engineering / CNC)

The Manufacturing Engineer is responsible for supporting the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of manufacturing processes for aerospace components.

This role collaborates closely with senior engineers, production teams, and quality departments to ensure efficient, reliable, and compliant production operations

The Job

• Support the development and maintenance of manufacturing processes for aerospace components.
• Monitor manufacturing operations and recommend improvements to improve efficiency and productivity.
• Assist in identifying and resolving production issues related to tooling, machining, or assembly processes.
• Prepare and maintain manufacturing documentation, including work instructions, process flow charts, and SOPs.
• Collaborate with Quality teams in investigating defects, non-conformance reports, and implementing corrective actions.
• Participate in Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Collect and analyze production data to support productivity improvements and waste reduction.

The Talent

• Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Entry-level candidates with 1-2 years of experience in the manufacturing or aerospace industry.
• Basic understanding of manufacturing processes, including CNC machining and assembly operations.
• Familiarity with CAD software and interpretation of engineering drawings.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to support troubleshooting activities.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
