Job Summary

Manage manufacturing equipment projects and processes to deliver high-quality products efficiently. Lead development, implementation, and validation of manufacturing methods while ensuring compliance with corporate policies and GMP standards.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage projects related to manufacturing equipment design to achieve high-quality outcomes.
  • Plan, develop, implement, and maintain manufacturing methods and operations for new and existing products to optimize production.
  • Optimize the use of materials, equipment, and personnel to produce quality products at effective operating costs.
  • Ensure compliance with applicable corporate and divisional policies and procedures throughout manufacturing processes.
  • Initiate and complete technical activities to develop new or improved products and processes aligned with company strategic goals.
  • Prepare, report, publish, and present technical findings to relevant stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with Engineering to install, modify, upgrade, and maintain manufacturing equipment.
  • Implement, document, and maintain controlled and repeatable production processes to ensure consistency.
  • Develop and update equipment and process operating procedures for manufacturing personnel use.
  • Develop qualification and validation protocols to support manufacturing process integrity.
  • Lead or participate in qualification and validation activities to verify process compliance and performance.
  • Interface with other departments and suppliers to identify and resolve root causes of manufacturing issues.
  • Integrate business policies and procedures into task execution to align with organizational standards.
  • Understand company business needs and customer requirements to guide manufacturing priorities.
  • Build and maintain internal and external resource networks to support task completion.
  • Comply with all Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), hygiene rules, and sanitation standards to ensure product safety and quality.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned by supervisor to support manufacturing operations.
