Manufacturing Engineer

Job Title : Manufacturing Engineer (ID3625)
Location : Gul Cir
Working Hours: Mon -Fri 8:15am-5:30pm
Salary up to : $4000 to $4500

Responsibilities:
. Plan and coordinate production to meet customer and business requirements.
. Improve manufacturing processes, equipment performance, productivity and cost efficiency.
. Lead new equipment, technology transfer and new product introduction activities.
. Manage preventive and corrective maintenance to ensure equipment and facility reliability.
. Work with Quality to resolve production issues and ensure compliance with GMP, ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001.
. Lead troubleshooting, root cause analysis and CAPA for production and equipment issues.
. Drive Lean, 5S, digitalisation and continuous improvement initiatives.
. Manage contractors and ensure safe engineering and facility work.
. Conduct risk assessments, safety briefings and support emergency response as Site Incident Controller.
. Prepare and maintain SOPs, work instructions, technical documents and validation reports.
. Provide technical support, training and coaching to Production and Engineering teams.
. Monitor production data, costs and resource usage to improve efficiency and reduce waste.
. Lead or support process, equipment, automation and facility improvement projects.
