Job Description

Responsibilities

– Identify and implement manufacturing process improvements and best practices.
– Create standard engineering and production work procedures and instructions.
– Plan process workflows and analyse production data and trends to improve manufacturing efficiency.
– Provide support in production to ensure production operations run smoothly and customer requirements are met.
– Investigate non-conformance root cause and suggest corrective action.
– Provide coaching and training to machinists on work procedures and instructions.
– Perform any other duties as assigned.

Requirements

– Diploma in Mechanical/Mechatronic Engineering or related discipline.
– Ability to interpret BOM & technical drawings.
– Good knowledge of manufacturing best practices.
– Good knowledge of relevant Product, Technical Standards and Codes.
– Strong investigation and problem solving skills.
