Responsibilities:
- Develop and enhance CNC machining processes for efficiency and precision
- Optimize workflows to reduce cycle time and improve throughput
- Create CNC programs using CAD/CAM (2D & 3D) and ensure high-precision tolerances
- Work with Sales and Design teams on customer requirements and production feasibility
- Support production routing, costing, and KPI improvement
- Improve yield performance and promote continuous improvement (Kaizen)
- Support QA in resolving customer complaints and driving process enhancements.
- Identify and implement improvements to reduce scrap, boost productivity, and increase machine utilization
- Validate design feasibility (DFM) and lead projects from concept to completion within deadlines
- Follow safety protocols and maintain 8S workplace standards
Requirements:
- Minimum Degree and above in Mechanical or Manufacturing Engineering or equivalent
- Minimum 4 years of experience in CNC Machining, preferably in Semicon Industry
- Strong Experience in Six Sigma,Lean Manufacturing and PMP
