Manufacturing Engineer

You willbe responsible forproviding quick and effective engineering solutions to daily production issues,supportNPI, custom productopportunitiesand capability development. You will also play a key role and contribute to longer-term continuous/process improvements to shape productivity.

AsManufacturingEngineer, you will provide support for solving complex technical problems that arise in manufacturing production. Working with leading-edge technology, you will make key decisions, resolveissuesand oversee projects to shape enhancements.You'llunite cross-functional teams to connect, share knowledge,innovateandto developimprovements.

As a Manufacturing Engineer, you willbe responsible for:

  • Executes routine analyses using vested methods and technologies and/or contributes to technological developments in teams under supervision.

  • Works together with people from the business unit.

  • Collecting or providing technical information.

  • Executing routine but complexanalysis.

  • ToSupport forCost Out,UtilizationSavings, Product Value initiatives & Plant critical projects as assigned.

  • To continue seamless operational support for Assembly,back-end process (techlube/phosphate etc.), Production & Quality functions onday-to-day basis.

  • Be responsible forthe safety of own self and others while working on site.

Fuel your passion

To be successful in this role you will:

  • HaveaDegreeinMechanical orManufacturingEngineeringwith at least 4 years of relevant experience.

  • Comfortable to work within a team settingwith minimumguidance.

  • Have knowledge of design for manufacturability, lean manufacturing techniques, qualitysystemand SPC tools.

  • Have hands on capability with good knowledge of manufacturing and calibration/validation processes.

  • Be able to interpret engineering drawings/specs and manufacturing processes/evaluation.

  • Knowledge of Macro in Microsoft Excel is an added advantage.
