About The Job
- Oversee all manufacturing functions across the JB and Singapore plant
- Lead continuous improvement
- Support new product introductions (NPIs) and technology transfers
- Identify and drive factory capacity expansion
- Ensure optimal supply chain planning and execution
- Compliance with local regulations, corporate standards, environmental policies
- Full accountability for regional financial performance, including revenue, cost control, and margin improvement
- Strategic oversight of budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning
skills & experience required
- Msc / Degree in engineering
- Minimum 15 years of manufacturing operations experience in semiconductor / capital equipment environment
- Able to travel to & fro Singapore & JB. Time spent on the plant : Johor Bahru (80%) + Singapore (20%)
- Strong background in lean manufacturing, operational excellence, and factory automation
