Roles & Responsibilities
- Ensuring employees are trained to satisfy the cleanliness standards established by clients
- Ensuring periodic work are complete within work schedulendards established by clients

- Perform sites inspection and joint inspection with clients

- Mitigates problems, complaints and issues on the groun in a timely manner
- Maintain schedules and reports and
- Reports to management on major issues affecting clients, contract schedules, employees and image of company.
Requirements:
- At least 2 years of working experience in the Cleaning Industry
- Able to communicate well to both clients and staff
- Able to plan work schedule for new jobsites
Able to handle conflicts & work stress
