Job Summary

We are seeking a Junior UAT Manual Tester with strong experience in Banking and Financial Services to support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for Digital Banking and Equity Trading applications. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in Manual Testing, UAT, SIT, Functional, Regression, and End-to-End Testing, along with exposure to UOB TMRW or similar Digital Banking platforms.

The candidate will work closely with business users, product owners, developers, and QA teams to validate business requirements, execute test cases, identify defects, and ensure high-quality software delivery. Knowledge of Equity Trading applications and Trade Order Lifecycle Management will be an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare, review, and execute UAT test cases based on business requirements and user stories.
• Perform Manual, Functional, UAT, SIT, Regression, and End-to-End Testing for Digital Banking and Equity Trading applications.
• Validate customer journeys across Digital Banking platforms, including account services, onboarding, payments, dashboards, and investment features.
• Execute test scenarios, document results, and maintain test evidence.
• Log, track, retest, and verify defects using JIRA.
• Collaborate with business users, developers, and QA teams to resolve issues and support UAT sign-off.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies, defect triage meetings, and daily status reporting.
• Perform basic data validation and ensure applications meet business and functional requirements.

Required Skills

• 4–5 years of Manual Testing/UAT experience in the Banking or Financial Services domain.
• Strong experience in UAT, SIT, Functional, Regression, and End-to-End Testing.
• Experience with UOB TMRW or any Digital Banking platform (preferred).
• Basic understanding of Equity Trading, Wealth Management, or Investment Banking processes.
• Knowledge of Trade Order Lifecycle (Order Placement, Amendment, Execution, Settlement) is preferred.
• Hands-on experience with JIRA and Confluence.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodology.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
